About Monona Chamber & Economic Development

​MISSION STATEMENT:
​To lead economic growth and vitality of the community of Monona, and to support the civic, social and natural resources of the surrounding area.

Working together with the City of Monona, Iowa, the Monona Chamber & Economic Development, Inc. organization is dedicated to the economic growth of this community by strengthening existing and attracting new businesses and industries.  Strategically located in Northeast Iowa, approximately 13 miles west of the Mississippi River bridge between Prairie du Chien, WI and Marquette, IA.  U. S. Highway 18 - 52 passes by the south side of Monona along its 15-acre business park, 

​Monona Chamber invites you to learn more about how your business may thrive here in "The Garden City of Iowa".  We have available for sale or lease buildings to accommodate retail, office or service type businesses and also commercial building lots for sale. 

In addition, our 1,500 residents will tell you Monona is a great place in which to live with its beautiful natural and recreational surroundings, strong family values and four churches, affordable homes, top-notched school and day care systems, small-town community pride, volunteer spirit, plus many special amenities often only found in the mid-to-larger towns.
