Heying Subdivision is a subsidiary of Wes Heying Carpentry. Wes & Julie Heying have created a new housing subdivision here in Monona and just begun offering home building lots for sale! The Heying Subdivision is located on the corner of East Street N and North Street E, situated near the Co-op grain bins.
Wes Heying has been a self employed carpenter here in the Monona area for about 20 years. Over the years, he has built numerous houses as well as completing many large renovations, additions and other building projects.
Having spent much of his career building homes here in the Monona area, Heying decided to try a new endeavor. Wes Heying began developing his own subdivision to compliment the way of living here in the peaceful town of Monona. Within a reasonable distance to downtown and major highways, yet far enough away for privacy, Heying purchased farmland situated to the North of Monona and began transforming it to become a residential building ground.
